Activated carbon filtration of water contaminated by permanganate

Filtration using granular vegetable activated carbon of a semi-static washing tank contaminated by potassium permanganate

The water rich in pollutants (mainly potassium permanganate) was passed through a carbon head “MR1” at a constant flow rate in order to evaluate its purifying capacity.
The test result was more than satisfactory, demonstrating the high quality and high reducing activity of our coal.
